At The Strongest Link we understand that identifying, qualifying and interviewing prospective employees is secondary to your main responsibilities. Recruiting for talent is, at best, difficult and time consuming and certainly a distraction. Our goal is to minimize the impact to you while maximizing your success.

Method of Operation

The Strongest Link offers recruitment services. We recruit directly from competitors; companies you identify or we work from a detailed job description to qualify candidates before you ever see a resume. If the referrals are not “head and shoulders” better than your other sources, you incur no costs. You only pay a service fee if we deliver the person(s) you hire. We charge a percentage of the base salary of the new employee and guarantee your satisfaction for ninety days.

Diligent work and information systems are paramount to the success of The Strongest Link. Every business day our Account Executives are interviewing candidates that are currently employed in your market. This data is gathered and entered into databases for storage and retrieval. When a job order is received there is a necessary job order definition process which, although time consuming, will save you time over the duration of the recruitment period. A search is then conducted of all the active candidates indexed in our databases. Candidates are qualified based on the requirements of the client. The systems allow for rapid determination of a candidate slate and reduction of response time to the client.

If the proper candidate is not in our current database, we employ our network of contacts. Because of our extensive canvassing of companies’ industry, applications and business processes we are able to conduct a search against our contact database. The result is a list of potential source environments. An extensive search is initiated employing network referrals, social media, commercial resume databases, and good old fashioned recruiting. Candidates produced are usually employed, successful and resigned to stay where they are. It takes the right opportunity that meets their requirements for a career change to interest them in pursuing your opportunity.
